How to Order

You can place orders on this secure website, by phone - (715) 339-6959, by fax or by mail. We accept Visa and Mastercard on website, fax and phone orders. On mail orders we accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks in addition to Visa and MasterCard.

Shipping

All shipping is done via UPS Ground Service or US Priority Mail unless another service is requested. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders must be placed before 11:30 a.m. Central Time in order to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day. Most orders are shipped within 12-48 hours of processing. Standard delivery takes from 2 to 5 business days depending on location in the contiguous United States. Overseas and International orders may take as long as 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered. Please call (715) 339-6959 to make express delivery requests. Standard Shipping Charges for online orders are calculated automatically and displayed prior to submitting your payment information. Special shipping requests may incur additional charges.

Returns

You may return all unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Damaged items will be replaced promply without additional cost to the customer. Please call (715) 339-6959 for returns or to report damage.
